About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Content Creator who is creative, hands-on, organized, and comfortable with both photography and videography. In this role, you'll work closely with our Creative Director to produce high-quality photography, videography, short-form social content, and other product content.

From concept to creation, you'll help bring campaigns, product launches, and events to life. If you love storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced production environment, and enjoy working with food, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Creative Production & Content Creation

• Assist the Creative Director during photo and video shoots, including food prep, staging, equipment setup, and managing shot lists.
• Serve as a second shooter and lead videographer and/or photographer as needed.
• Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality photo and video content (that follows Beehive Meals brand guide and feel) for social media, campaigns, and product features. (i.e. reels, tutorials, cooking shows, unboxings, behind-the-scenes videos, LIVEs, etc.).
• Assist with food styling, plating, and cleanup before, during, and after shoots.
• Organize and maintain creative assets, footage, and project folders on shared drives.

Social Media & Marketing Support

• Work with the Social Media Manager to produce content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
• Help plan and execute LIVE videos and other real-time content moments.
• Create short-form videos, reels, and trending content formats.
• Support marketing campaigns with creative assets, content needs, and day-of production.
• Capture content at events and assist with setup, teardown, and audience engagement (occasional weekends/travel).

• Strong contributions to social media performance, campaign results, and content efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media, or related field (preferred, not required).
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, photography, editing, or marketing.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Comfortable working with food and lifting 40–50 lbs as needed during production days.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and short-form video strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Canva, Trello, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Photography experience or knowledge of studio lighting.
• Graphic design or basic motion graphics skills.
• Passion for food content, lifestyle content, or brand storytelling.
• Understanding of current social media trends, hooks, editing styles, and storytelling techniques.
