Pay: $16 - $18/hr
Schedule: Part-time, shift may be 6a-11a, 9a-2p, or 6a-2p
What You'll Be Doing
Meal Prep & Production
- Follow recipes and portion ingredients (no guessing-we like consistency)
- Assemble freezer meals that actually look as good as they taste
- Package and label meals so they're ready to go out the door
- Keep things moving to hit daily production goals (team effort here)
Quality Matters
- Double-check your work-because details matter
- Make sure everything is labeled, dated, and up to standard
- Catch issues before they become problems (you're the last line of defense)
Clean & Safe Environment
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards (yes, we take this seriously)
- Wear PPE and follow proper food handling practices
Teamwork
- Work side-by-side with a team that knows how to hustle
- Communicate, support each other, and keep things running smoothly
