Established in late 2019, Beehive Meals was born out of the vision to simplify family dinners for busy parents. Our mission is to take the hassle out of meal preparation by offering a convenient meal prep and delivery service. What started as a local service for our neighborhood has now blossomed into a company serving families across Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. Job Description

As a Meal Production Team Member at Beehive Meals, you play a crucial role in the preparation and packaging of high-quality freezer meals. We are seeking detail-oriented, collaborative team players who thrive in a fast-paced food production environment.

Please note this is a Part-Time position that requires employees to be available Monday through Friday (with a set schedule 2 to 3 days per week) from 6am to 2:30pm.

What You Will Do

• Follow recipes meticulously for accurate portioning of ingredients.
• Operate food processing equipment, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
• Assemble freezer meals with precision and consistency.
• Package meals, seal containers, and apply labels for proper storage and distribution.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure meals meet or exceed established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
• Adhere to safety protocols for a secure working environment.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and practices (training can be provided).
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a food production or kitchen environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  
  

What You Will Experience

Work is generally performed in a production/warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Use hands to handle food products and processing equipment.
• Perform repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement
• Feel the attributes of objects, grasp, and push.
• Wear personal protective equipment while working (provided) – this might include, and is not limited to hairnet, facemask, gloves, safety glasses, etc.
• Stand and work over a table.
• Reach with arms or hands, including overhead.
• Lift and carry varying objects of 15 - 40 lbs., and up to 75lbs. throughout the day.
