Role Overview
We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our shipping department. This role will work and collaborate with our operations and development teams to ensure accuracy of shipments and timely deliveries.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our shipping department. This role will work and collaborate with our operations and development teams to ensure accuracy of shipments and timely deliveries.
What You'll Do...
- Will be tracking parts daily
- Will coordinate shipping items with UPS or Freight as needed
- Tracking part drawings and inventories
- Daily packing and shipping of all orders to meet customer delivery schedules
- Final visual inspection during packing and communicating any quality concerns
- Will be responsible for receiving inspection
- Storing material and goods safely at required locations
- Ability to operate a pallet jack, hand truck, and cutters
- Maintaining cleanliness of the shipping & receiving area
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Looking over work orders to verify shipments/receiving
- Staging jobs for production lines to be ready for their next jobs on schedule
- Will be responsible for weekly shop inventory counts
- Have the ability to work independently
- Hold a High School Diploma
- Have drive and willingness to understand directions and learn quickly
- Be able to be flexible and deal with changing priorities
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Must hold a valid Drivers license
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Experience in a production environment
- Experience with AS9100 systems and processes
- Manufacturing, Industrial, Warehouse experience
