Job Description:
As a Care Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Communication: respectful, clear, timely; seek for solutions
- Create Safety: physical and emotional for residents and team; provide peace of mind for family members
- Resident Centered Caregiving: provide personal care, assistance, and redirection; medication administration; housekeeping; meal preparation and service; engaging activities and interactions

- Growth: demonstrate ability to learn, improve, and collaborate
Requirements:
- Wisconsin State CBRF Certifications
- Caregiving and/or customer service experience
Job Details:
- Wage: starting at $18.00/hour, opportunities for increase
- Expected Hours: 32-40 per week
