Upland Point Corporation is seeking a reliable and compassionate Medication Aide / Med Passer to join our Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF). In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring residents receive medications safely and on time while supporting their overall well-being.

Bonuses
- $500 Sign-On Bonus
- Paid out after 90 days and 180 days of employment
- $100 Employee Referral Bonus
- Paid once your referral completes 90 days of employment
What You’ll Do
- Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and facility policies
- Accurately document medication administration in electronic health records (ECP)
- Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects
- Communicate concerns or changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of medications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality, person-centered care

- CBRF medication administration certification Required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
