What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Director position at Beehive Homes of Conrad Assisted Living?
We are seeking a caring, creative, and dependable Activity Director to plan and coordinate meaningful activities for our assisted living residents. This position is responsible for creating an activity program that supports residents’ physical, social, emotional, spiritual and cognitive well-being. The ideal candidate enjoys working with older adults, is organized, energetic, and able to adapt activities to individual interests and abilities.
Responsibilities include planning daily and special activities, encouraging resident participation, coordinating outings and entertainment, celebrating birthdays and special occasions, and maintaining an engaging monthly activity calendar. The Activity Director will work closely with caregivers, families, and facility leadership to ensure activities are meaningful, safe, and enjoyable for our residents.
Qualifications: Experience working with seniors is preferred. Strong communication, organization, creativity, and compassion are essential.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
