What You'll Do

As a Resident Life & Activities Caregiver, you'll help make each day safe, meaningful, engaging, and fun for our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate, respectful, person-centered care
• Helping residents with daily routines and personal care as needed
• Participating in activities, outings, and adventures alongside our residents
• Encouraging independence, involvement, and new experiences
• Helping with meals, snacks, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Supporting residents' individual needs and care plans
• Keeping residents safe during activities and community outings
• Building relationships and creating an environment where everyone feels at home
• Communicating with coworkers and following established care and safety procedures

Yes, there is caregiving involved — but there's also a whole lot of LIFE involved!

Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but a great attitude, a caring heart, and a willingness to learn are just as important. Required training and background checks must be completed.
