BeeHive Homes Manager – White Rock

BeeHive Homes of White Rock is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Manager to lead our assisted living home. Our managers create and maintain a warm, home-like environment where residents receive exceptional care from admission through end-of-life.

This is a full-time leadership position requiring a flexible schedule, including on-call responsibilities. Successful managers build strong teams, lead by example, and foster a positive culture centered on compassion, respect, and teamwork.

This position also offers the opportunity for future growth within BeeHive Homes. As our company continues to expand, there may be opportunities for advancement into higher leadership roles for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership, commitment, and a passion for our mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support caregivers while promoting the BeeHive culture
• Ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners
• Create staff schedules and manage labor hours
• Assist with budgeting and daily operations
• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company policies
• Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming home environment
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members
• Complete required documentation and annual training
• Utilize basic computer skills for scheduling, documentation, and communication

Resident Care Responsibilities

Managers work alongside their teams to provide quality care, including:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, continence care, and eating
• Medication management
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Preparing light meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Maintaining each resident's dignity, privacy, and independence

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
