Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes and safety standards

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to uphold sanitation standards
Experience
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with menu planning, food handling, and kitchen procedures is beneficial
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper knife skills are essential
- Experience in the food industry or culinary roles that involve meal preparation and serving will set candidates apart
- Strong understanding of food service operations, including catering and large-scale meal production
