You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, and ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor resident vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
