About the Role:
As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our business office, including accounting, payroll, and human resources. You will oversee the preparation of financial reports, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also serve as a liaison between our clinical and administrative teams, providing support and guidance as needed. As a Full-Time Long Term Care Business Office Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our leadership and staff to drive success and excellence in our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the business office, including accounting, payroll, and human resources
• Prepare and review financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, and manage inventory and supplies
• Provide support and guidance to clinical and administrative staff
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
