Beech Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our food and beverage team for the summer season. Servers play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience by providing excellent service, assisting guests with menu selections, and ensuring food and drinks are delivered efficiently. Our ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tables with attention to cleanliness and organization
- Greet and attend to guests upon arrival
- Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections
- Take and serve orders while providing a high level of customer service
- Communicate and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Issue bills and process payments accurately
- Promote a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a serving or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling cash and operating a POS system preferred\
