Beech Mountain Resort is now hiring for the position of Head Line Cook. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable. Our Line Cooks do a little bit of everything to ensure a smooth operation.
We are located at 1007 Beech Mountain Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to handle staffing, training, and scheduling
- Restaurant cooking experience required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated to ensuring food quality and control
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards including kitchen equipment
- Able to develop recipes and create and execute a menu
- Determining the best presentation of food
- Control all overhead including food and payroll
