Hosts/Hostesses provide the first impression of Beech Mountain Brewing Co. Taproom and Grill. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. Hosts/Hostesses are friendly and quick on their feet, and work to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Responsibilities
- Coordinating with servers to efficiently move guests through the dining process
- Providing resort information to customers or directing them to the person that can
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Requirements or Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
- Four wheel drive/AWD/ or chains required
