Hospitality Coordinator

The Hospitality Coordinator supports multiple areas of Beech Mountain Resort’s lodging and hospitality

operations, including guest relations, lodging sales, homeowner communication, website content, and property

operations.

This position is ideal for someone interested in gaining broad experience within the hospitality and resort

industry. The Hospitality Coordinator will work closely with the Lodging, Sales, and Marketing teams and will

have the opportunity to participate in both daily operations and special projects.

Responsibilities

 Assist with lodging inquiries through phone, email, and online communication.

 Help guests identify lodging options and provide information about resort amenities, activities, and services.

 Support lodging sales efforts, reservation follow-up, group lodging requests, and special packages.

 Assist with guest communication before, during, and after their stay.

 Support homeowner communication, property updates, and general homeowner relations.

 Assist with routine rental property checks and communicate maintenance, housekeeping, inventory, or

presentation needs.

 Help maintain accurate property information, photos, amenities, descriptions, and other details.

 Assist with updating lodging properties and content on the Beech Mountain Resort website.

 Work with the Marketing team on lodging content, photography, digital media, email communication, and

promotional projects.

 Assist with onboarding new rental properties and gathering the information needed for reservations, website

listings, and marketing.

 Help coordinate communication between guests, homeowners, housekeeping, maintenance, marketing, and

other resort departments.

 Assist with projects designed to improve the guest experience, increase lodging reservations, and

strengthen homeowner relationships.

 Research hospitality, tourism, and vacation rental trends and provide ideas for improving lodging sales and

presentation.

 Support additional lodging and hospitality projects as needed.

Qualifications

 Strong communication and organizational skills.

 Professional and comfortable communicating with guests, homeowners, and coworkers.

 Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

 Interest in hospitality, tourism, marketing, sales, property management, or resort operations.

 Comfortable working with websites, email, social media, and other digital platforms.

 Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work both independently and collaboratively.

 Willingness to learn different areas of resort and lodging operations.

 Experience with customer service, hospitality, sales, websites, Canva, photography, or digital content is

helpful but not required.

Position Focus

The Hospitality Coordinator is intended to be a cross-functional position with exposure to several areas of the

resort. A typical day could include assisting a guest with lodging, communicating with a homeowner, checking a

rental property, updating a website listing, helping with a marketing project, or supporting a lodging sales

initiative.

The goal of the position is to provide hands-on hospitality experience while supporting the continued growth of

Beech Mountain Resort Lodging and improving the experience for both guests and homeowners.

Position Status

This is an hourly based position.
