The Guest Services Cashier assists guests with ticket sales, season passes, and group check-ins while delivering a warm, welcoming experience. We are seeking a professional, outgoing, and kind person who is a fast learner, an excellent communicator, and loves bringing a bubbly, positive vibe to every guest interaction. Exceptional listening skills and the ability to resolve and mitigate conflicts are essential to this role.
This is a winter seasonal position from November through March, great for a college student, recent graduate, or anyone looking for an energetic, guest-facing seasonal role.
Responsibilities:
- Process ticket and pass sales accurately and efficiently
- Assist with group arrivals and check-ins with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Answer guest questions and provide detailed resort information
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care
- Support other Guest Services activities, including phone, email, and chat
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and mitigation abilities
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Quick to learn and thrive in a busy environment
