Food Runners at Beech Mountain Brewing Co. play an important role in delivering a great dining experience by efficiently delivering food to tables and assisting with service. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests’ tables
- Ensure dishes are clean and properly put back into service
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience
- Work closely with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently and work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
