Beech Mountain Resort in Beech Mountain, NC is looking for cashiers to join our team at Lodge Restaurant for the winter season. This facility is a high volume cafeteria style dining facility. We are located on 1007 Beech Mountain Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Work to maintain a clean and tidy dining area
- Direct guests towards open tables
- Direct non-dining customers towards proper storage or lounge areas
- Direct guests on where to properly store equipment during their dining experience
- Clear tables and remove trash Fromm the facility
- Wipe tables, sweep & vacuum floors
- Relieve cashiers for breaks by processing all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in customer service
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
