Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year plus on-target earnings of $100K

As part of our Sales team, you’ll be on the front lines—prospecting, presenting, and closing—while helping expand our footprint in the market.
What You’ll Achieve: Your impact at Bee Line
· Drive growth through new business. You’ll proactively open doors, generate and qualify leads, and build a steady pipeline of high-value opportunities across your territory.
· Expand our customer base and market reach. By identifying new industries, decision-makers, and markets, you’ll directly increase Bee Line’s footprint and revenue potential.
· Deliver winning sales experiences. You’ll lead tailored presentations, demos, and proposals that connect customer needs to Bee Line solutions—and move deals to close.
· Consistently hit goals with clean execution. You’ll manage accurate quotes, pricing, and documentation while closing business professionally and meeting or exceeding quota targets.
What We’re Looking For
· 3 Years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in outside/field sales or a role with heavy outbound prospecting
· Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas or performance targets
· Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline development
