The Technical Experience Required: While attitude comes first, you need to be ready to hit the ground running:
- Water Loss Experience: Proven history handling water damage jobs.
- Sourcing the Loss: You don't just clean it up; you understand where it came from (Root-cause mindset).
- Smoke & Odor: Experience managing fire/smoke remediation and odor control.
- Moisture Mapping & Documentation: You are disciplined with your data, moisture readings, and photo documentation
