Bedrock Plumbing and mechanical is looking for a candidate to produce CAD/BIM (Revit) models, families, and contract drawings for the Fire Protection/Plumbing discipline. Must be detail oriented, have good communication skills, and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate is a team player and self- starter with exceptional organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities include:
Preparing plan, section, isometric, and detail drawings for various Sprinkler/Plumbing systems.
- Coordinating with the other disciplines (Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Site Civil) regarding the Sprinkler/Plumbing design
- Performing BIM model clash detection.
- Providing input on CAD/BIM standards and workflows.
- Using parametric elements within Revit, and basic parametric Revit family creation and manipulation.
- Walk the Job Site to Scan/Survey and identify potential clashes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using Revit & Sprinkcad/Hydrocad
- Proven proficiency in Revit and knowledge in design drawing production.
- Experience leading and coordinating drawing production for small to medium sized projects.
- Must have 2 years knowledge of plumbing/sprinkler system

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
