B - SUPERINTENDENT

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites
• Supervise and lead crews, ensuring productivity and accountability
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; proactively address issues
• Maintain clear communication with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
• Train and develop crew members and foremen

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in landscape construction, civil, or related field
• Proven leadership experience managing field teams
• Strong knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, grading, and/or construction practices
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and project schedules
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
