What are the responsibilities and job description for the B - MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBER position at Bedrock Landscaping?
Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and weed control
Maintain clean, well-kept properties according to company standards
Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely
Assist with seasonal services such as mulching, clean-ups, and plant replacements
Follow direction from Crew Leaders and complete assigned routes efficiently
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and job sites are clean upon completion
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat and varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor daily
Valid driver’s license is a plus
