Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO, for a Closings Coordinator. The Closings Coordinator will manage the closing process for land bank transactions, builder lot takedowns, and loan closings, and will coordinate with escrow agents and title companies, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing closing documents, assisting in the administration of the closing process, and providing exceptional support to internal team members and partners.
Qualifications
- Experience with Escrow and Closings, including preparing and coordinating closing documents.
- Familiarity with Title Insurance processes and ability to resolve title-related matters.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with clients and partners.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure accuracy and compliance in closing processes.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications is an asset.
- Legal experience is beneficial.
- Prior experience in real estate, finance, or development is essential.
- Notary license is required.
