About the Role:
- The Weekend Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and services.
- This is a full-time position, working weekends, with occasional weekday coverage as needed.
- As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be working closely with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure that all residents receive personalized care and support.
- You will be responsible for coordinating staff assignments, managing workflows, and addressing any resident concerns or issues that arise.
- Supervise a team of caregivers and other facility staff on weekends to ensure seamless coverage and high-quality care.
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and ensure that all needs are being met.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns affecting resident care and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care, incidents, and staff performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (such as nursing, healthcare administration, or social work) preferred.
- At least 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
