- Develops and maintains a good working rapport with inter-department staff, and other departments within the facility to assure that administrative services and activities can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the facility.
- Establishes and maintains the administrative filing system.
- Ensures administrative functions are carried out promptly for efficient operation.
- Take calls with professionalism and great customer service.
- Greet staff, family members, and residents.
- Schedules all Resident appointments and transportation.
- High school degree or equivalent with business curriculum required.
- Typing, filing, correspondence composition and computer skills required.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Must have strong, positive interpersonal skills.
Salary : $15 - $16
