About the Role:
As a Night CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Providing comfort and support to residents, including positioning, transferring, and ambulating
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of resident care and progress
- Work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
- Current CNA certification in the state of Florida
