As a Night LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing high-quality nursing care in a supportive and nurturing environment. Your duties will include:
Assisting with medication administration, vital signs, and treatments as needed
Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or RN
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintaining accurate and complete records of resident care and treatment
