- Job location: Watertown, WI
- Assist with routine maintenance repairs to equipment, building fixtures, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units as directed.
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, and touch-up work throughout the facility.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
- Assist in maintaining grounds, including snow/ice removal, lawn care, and external debris cleanup.
- Respond to maintenance and repair requests promptly and communicate status updates when necessary.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
- Help ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with furniture moves, equipment setup, and minor installations.
- Support emergency response, including fire alarm testing, generator checks, and facility safety procedures.
- Complete daily documentation and report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Director/Supervisor.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced learning for this position is customarily acquired by a prolonged course of specialized intellectual instruction.
