Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care in accordance with care plans, including ADLs, transfers, and resident safety
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to facility policies
- Help coordinate daily assignments and workflow under nursing supervision
- Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report to nursing staff
- Assist with documentation and ensure accurate, timely charting
- Model respectful communication with residents, families, and staff
