Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registers Nurse (RN) Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing quality care to our residents.
Registers Nurse (RN) Supervisor Key Duties
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that all residents receive high-quality care according to their individual care plans and state regulations.
- Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires, and providing ongoing training and education.
- Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Respond to emergencies and medical situations as needed, providing timely and appropriate interventions.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN license in the state of PA.
- CPR certification required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
