Director of Nursing Registers Nurse (RN) Key Duties
Ensuring all nursing staff provides quality resident care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
- Will set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department and will guide staffing procedures.
- Director of Nursing ensuring compliance with local, state, federal regulatory standards.
- Lead and or participate in Quality Improvement (QI) groups and other multidisciplinary meetings.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
- CPR certification required.
- 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
- 1 years’ experience in Nursing Service Administration.
