This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing based in Apopka, FL. The Director of Nursing will oversee and manage the nursing team, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintain high standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, implementing infection control policies, collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and managing clinical operations for long-term care services. The Director will also play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring nursing staff.

• Proven expertise in Nursing Management, including supervising and supporting nursing teams.
• Knowledge and application of Infection Control practices and protocols.
• Strong understanding of Medicine and Nursing principles to ensure quality patient care.
• Experience in Long-term Care settings and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Additional certifications or specializations in nursing or management are a strong advantage.
