Schedule:
🕗 Part-Time – 6 Hour Split Shift
(A working shift comprising two or more separate periods of duty in a day. Flexible morning and/or afternoon hours)
Additional hours may be available based on staffing needs and enrollment.

Position Overview:
We are looking for 1–2 energetic and dependable Floater Teachers to support our program during morning and/or afternoon hours. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children of all ages, from 18 months to 12 years old, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Help prepare and serve snacks to children
Support and supervise indoor and outdoor play, including playground monitoring
Assist with facilitating activities, learning centers, and free play
Help with classroom cleaning and daily sanitation tasks
Maintain proper child supervision and ensure ratios are met at all times
Provide support across multiple classrooms as needed
Qualifications:
✅ High School Diploma or GED preferred
✅ Must be able to pass FBI/BCI background check
✅ Willing to complete required childcare training hours
👶 Experience working with children is a plus
🧩 Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork are essential
🕒 Reliable attendance and punctuality required
