What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time or Part-Time Open Floater position at The Kiddie Company Enrichment Center?
We are looking to fill full-time and parti-time floating teacher position. The schedule is Monday through Friday with flexible start times. REQUIREMENTS (these are not negotiable):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a current physical (within the last 12 months)
- Must be able to pass FBI and BCI background check
- NO misdemeanors or felonies-Must provide at least three professional references
- Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school agers, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Support the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans.
- Monitor children's behavior and development, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education.
