Duties
- Execute painting tasks for both interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a professional finish.
- Perform frame carpentry tasks, including installation and repair of structures.
- Utilize power tools effectively and safely for various construction and maintenance projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing input on material needs and project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members on various maintenance person tasks as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in construction painting techniques, with an eye for detail.
- Experience in frame carpentry, with the ability to execute precise cuts and measurements.
- Familiarity with welding processes is a plus.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading to accurately follow project plans.
- Knowledge of commercial painting standards and practices.
