Responsibilities:
- Organize work area.
- Assures all manufacturing employees of the designated areas are properly trained by conducting and/or coordinating manufacturing procedures or policies training.
- Document realized work following established procedures.
- Comply with cGMP, quality standards and policies and/or established procedures
- Support supervisors in the training/certification requirement compliance.
- Support the development of training matrixes by job positions as required.
- Verify that the operators from their area have their training/certification for the operation they are executing.
- Maintains the Training requirements up to date in the Training Management System.
- Identifies and evaluate training program.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.
Education and Experience:
This position requires:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Two (2) to four (4) years of work related experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarization with all aspects of applicable manufacturing areas.
Basic Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective Oral/written Communication in English and Spanish
- Computer Skills / Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).- Proficient
- General knowledge of QSR and ISO regulations and standards.
- Ability to read and learn to interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
