Consumer Success Specialist – Entry Level
Full-Time | Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Location: On-site, Irvine, California
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, (40 hours/week, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Overtime: Paid in accordance with California labor law
Compensation: Hourly (non-exempt), approximately $19.23/hour, annualized ~$40,000 for full-time hours

Role Overview
We are seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to grow in the beauty-tech and healthcare technology sector. This full-time, hourly position provides hands-on experience in consumer success operations and offers the opportunity for long-term career growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
The role begins with a 3-month initial evaluation period, after which successful candidates may transition to ongoing employment based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support B2B partners (clinics, salons, distributors) with onboarding, training, and device education
- Lead B2C consumer success efforts, including product education, engagement, and personalized guidance
- Assist in execution of B2C product launches and promotional Marketing campaigns
- Support growth of TikTok Shop and Amazon channels through customer engagement and feedback collection
- Collect, organize, and communicate consumer and partner insights to internal teams
- Collaborate with U.S. teams and South Korea headquarters on operations, training, and product improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally across diverse departments.
Ideal Candidate
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and accountable
- Passionate about K-Beauty, hair care, skincare, AI, or healthcare technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully on-site office environment
- Fluent in English (Korean skills a plus, but not required)
Required Qualification (California & U.S. Compliance)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Must be able to work on-site in Irvine, CA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Fluent in English (Korean language skills are a plus, but not required)
- Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment

- Must be available to start End of May 2026
- Able to commit to a full-time, on-site schedule
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly, non-exempt position (~$19.23/hour; annualized ~$40,000 for 40-hour weeks)
- Overtime paid in accordance with California labor law
- Healthcare benefits begin the month following hire (eligibility applies)
- 401(k) eligibility upon successful completion of probation
