About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to build and lead the full-funnel growth engine across all BYM products. You’ll drive user acquisition, optimize performance marketing, and own a channel-mix strategy that blends organic reach, paid performance, and community-driven activation. From strategy to execution, you'll help us go from early traction to widespread impact.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Manage digital paid media across channels: Social, Search, Programmatic, CTV/OTT, DOOH, Native, Audio, and Review Sites
- Conduct upfront audits, account restructures, and media buying strategies to maximize ROI
- Oversee capital allocation and budgeting across campaigns with rigor around testing and iteration
- Develop creative messaging frameworks and collaborate with content teams to deliver high-converting assets
- Run A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Monitor market trends, execute competitive landscape analyses, and propose media mix shifts as needed
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new and existing BYM products (e.g., PIE360, The Values Bridge)
- Prioritize growth initiatives using structured experimentation frameworks
- Design and execute launch strategies across platforms like Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, Fishbowl, Blind, Reddit, and LinkedIn
- Identify and engage online communities (Slack, Discord, city-based networks, career/leadership forums) to drive high-intent traffic
- Build experience-led awareness (free assessments, workshops, raffles) to drive trial and referrals
Analytics & Market Expansion
- Define KPIs and lead forecasting for user acquisition, retention, and conversion
- Build audience segmentation strategies using quantitative and qualitative insights
- Drive international expansion and localization strategies for key markets (IGAP expertise preferred)
You Have
- 4 years of growth marketing and/or performance marketing experience (preferably in B2C tech or DTC products)
- A track record of owning paid channels and full-funnel user growth from zero to scale
- Fluency in experimentation, creative messaging, and budget allocation
- Comfort navigating ambiguous, high-growth environments where you’re setting the playbook
- An understanding of digital community ecosystems and how to activate users within them
- Bonus: Experience in the self-development, coaching, or psychometric assessment space
