As we scale our product ecosystem, we’re seeking a Director of Growth & Monetization to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.

Position Overview

As Director of Growth & Monetization, you will own the full user growth and revenue lifecycle—from acquisition to activation, retention, and expansion. You will build, optimize, and lead initiatives across paid acquisition, SEO, partnerships, product monetization, and funnel optimization.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role, with the opportunity to shape the future of a category-defining brand.


Key Responsibilities

📈 Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and scale paid acquisition programs across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Manage media planning, buying, creative testing, and daily optimization.
  • Maintain strong performance across CAC, LTV, and ROAS metrics.

🌱 SEO & Organic Growth

  • Own and execute an SEO strategy to drive organic discovery and user acquisition.
  • Oversee on-site SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, and backlink building initiatives.

🤝 Partnership, Affiliate, Influencer & Press Growth

  • Build and manage affiliate and strategic partnership programs to expand reach and acquire customers efficiently.
  • Launch and optimize influencer-driven and co-branded marketing campaigns that amplify brand credibility and drive acquisition.
  • Develop and execute a lightweight, high-impact press strategy to secure coverage in aligned media outlets, podcasts, and digital platforms.
  • Identify and pitch compelling brand stories, product launches, and thought leadership opportunities to targeted press contacts.
  • Leverage earned media to drive top-of-funnel awareness, credibility, and organic user acquisition.

💰 Product Monetization & Revenue Optimization

  • Drive upsells, cross-sells, subscription models, and launch new offers to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Develop, test, and optimize pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies across the product suite.

📊 Growth Experimentation & Analytics

  • Lead structured experimentation across all growth channels (landing pages, ads, onboarding, offers).
  • Define key metrics, build dashboards, and deliver clear insights to inform strategy.
  • Ensure all decisions are grounded in data, customer insights, and business impact.


What We’re Looking For

🔹 6 years of B2C growth, performance marketing, or digital product growth experience

🔹 Proven success scaling paid acquisition programs with strong CAC/LTV/ROAS results

🔹 Deep SEO knowledge with strong execution chops in organic growth strategies

🔹 Experience growing digital product ecosystems through partnerships, affiliates, and earned media

🔹 Strong fluency with growth analytics (Google Analytics, attribution modeling)

🔹 Highly data-driven mindset—deep comfort with experimentation, KPIs, and funnel metrics

🔹 Product-thinking approach—able to design full user journeys across acquisition, activation, upsell, and retention

🔹 Outstanding written communication and creative testing instincts

🔹 Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments

🔹 Passion for personal development, self-improvement, and purpose-driven work

🔹 Experience launching and scaling subscription-based or assessment-driven digital products

🔹 Background in coaching, psychometrics, educational technology, or wellness brands

🔹 Previous startup leadership or team-building experience
