We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing domestic and international shipments, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of goods. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and manage both inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments to ensure timely, cost effective and accurate delivery of goods (parcel, LTL, TL).
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
- Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant government regulations.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies.
- Communicate shipment updates regularly to internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Analyze transportation costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for audits, performance analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Utilize logistics software and ERP systems to manage and track shipments.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and logistics or transportation management software
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations, Incoterms, and customs documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
This position is primarily based in a professional office environment but includes occasional time in the manufacturing facility to support projects and collaborate with production teams. While in the plant, employees may be exposed to typical manufacturing conditions such as machinery operation and moderate noise levels.
Physical Demands
This role primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while occasionally moving about to access office equipment and files.
