You are the face and voice of our brand. You will handle incoming calls and emails, process new product orders, and fix shipping mishaps. Mostly, you'll be building long-term relationships with a community that genuinely loves what we make.

Key Responsibilities

  • Code incoming region team emails and maintain an organized region inbox.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to email communications and assist with external customer inquiries and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain customer accounts and data in ERP system.
  • Prepare product and service performance reports by collecting and analyzing customer data.
  • Serve customers by providing timely and accurate product information and maintaining effective customer relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to connect instantly with people.

What We’re Looking For – Required Skills & Qualifications

–2 years college or technical education; college degree desired.

  • 3 years’ administrative or customer support experience in an office environment. 4-year degree with 2 years of administrative or customer support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) strongly preferred.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision making skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude.

Thrives in a highly collaborative, energetic workspace.

Calm under pressure, analytical, and driven by a desire to help others.

Ability to prioritize a heavy, fast-moving workload seamlessly without managerial direction.

Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts for a busy sales team.

A proactive self-starter who anticipates the needs of a customer and of the sales team before they ask.

Work Location

This position follows a hybrid model, requiring employees to be on-site at one of our regional sales offices or Headquarters in Savage, MN, for a minimum of 3 days per week. This schedule supports collaboration while offering work-life balance.


Travel

This position requires varying travel ranging from 0-5% which may include day trips, overnight stays, and occasional extended travel depending on business needs. Travel may be local, regional, or national. All travel-related expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
