What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician - Cleaner position at Beckett Thermal Solutions?
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Plant Manager.
- Performs cleaning duties daily.
- Champion of facility and grounds cleanliness and appearance.
- Administrator of inside facilities services activities.
- Ensures internal cleanliness is exceptional.
- Maintains excellent vendor relationships and engages when necessary.
- Coordinates internal Beckett departments to leverage available resources.
- Leads colleague duties to perform facility-related activities.
- Coordinate internal/external resources to execute facility cleaning activities.
- Perform activities as necessary to achieve established results.
- Manage inventory of facilities-related items.
- Place orders with suppliers as needed.
- Biweekly internal and weekly external facilities PULSE walk.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate resources.
- Other duties as assigned by plant leadership.
Requirements:
- HSD/GED is required.
- Demonstrated understanding of requirements for the upkeep of the facilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ownership in their area of responsibility.
