Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Scheduling and heavy calendar management

· Proofreading and providing document production services

· Entering attorney time and reviewing attorney bills

· Preparing files for hearings

· E-file pleadings and other documents with the state and/or federal courts

· Opening files and processing conflict checks

Qualifications:

The ideal construction litigation legal assistant will have a minimum of five years of legal assistant experience in a large law firm or corporate setting. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
