Hiring: Principal Business Analyst (Multisite Support | Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to add an experienced Accounting professional to their team. This role supports multiple production sites and plays a key part in cost visibility, financial accuracy, and operational decision-making.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and month-end close for assigned sites
- Prepare cost reports, production analyses, and performance summaries
- Partner closely with plant managers on forecasts, budgets, and financial planning
- Keep GR/IR clean and resolve invoice discrepancies quickly
- Support inventory counts and dig into variances when needed
- Assist with BOM reviews, standard cost updates, and pricing accuracy
- Provide support for audits and capital project requests
- Jump in as backup support whenever the team needs it
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Accounting 7 years of progressive experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Bonus points for CPA/CMA or an advanced degree
- Strong cost accounting knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or JDE highly preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail-driven, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner across teams
