Becker Digital is seeking experienced Emergency Management Exercise personnel (1099) to support federal, military, healthcare, and public safety clients nationwide. We are building a roster of independent contractors to assist with Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercises.
We are seeking professionals with experience serving as:
- Exercise Directors / Project Managers
- Controllers
- Evaluators
- Safety Officers
- Logistics Coordinators
- Emergency Management Subject Matter Experts
Qualifications:
- Experience with HSEEP, NIMS/ICS, or emergency management exercises
- Background in emergency management, healthcare, fire/EMS, law enforcement, military, or public safety
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
