What you’ll actually be doing
This is a hands-on role. You won’t just be directing; you’ll be right there working with your team.
- Leading shifts while working side by side with your team
- Helping customers and making sure they have a great experience
- Jumping in during busy times to keep things moving
- Assisting with daily paperwork and administrative tasks
- Supporting inventory, ordering, and store organization
- Training and coaching team members on the job
- Helping with scheduling to make sure shifts are covered
- Learning and supporting kitchen operations when needed
What we’re looking for
- Someone who stays organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- A team first attitude, willing to do the same work you ask others to do
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous leadership or retail experience is helpful, but if you’re ready to step up and grow, we’re open to that too.
A few things to know
- On your feet most of the shift
- Some lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Bending, reaching, and moving around the store regularly
