What you’ll actually be doing:
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be learning by doing and working alongside your team.
- Training on daily store operations and leadership responsibilities
- Helping lead shifts while working alongside your team
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Learning scheduling, inventory, and ordering processes
- Building relationships with vendors and understanding product planning
- Keeping an eye on store performance and learning the financial side
- Helping create a positive, team focused work environment
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous retail or leadership experience
- Someone who wants to grow into a Store Manager role
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
A few things to know:
- This is a development role with a path to Store Manager
- You’ll be working a variety of shifts as part of training
- On your feet most of the shift
