Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to clients in their own homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to client well-being, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver personalized care tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary guidelines and client preferences.
- Remind clients to take medications accurately and on schedule.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s health or behavior to appropriate family members or healthcare professionals.
Skills
- Prior experience working with elderly or disabled populations preferred; experience in geriatrics is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability in scheduling.
