As a Project Analyst (IT Business Operations) at BPMI, you will provide business and financial administration of a variety of IT services and relationships.
Essential Duties
- Perform budget planning and financial analysis of operating budget IT procurements and company IT needs. Coordinate company needs, establish budget and funding plans for company unique IT projects, and review, analyze and approve all individual budget line items for BPMI IT procurements, capital expenditures, or subscriptions, including hardware, software, and subcontracted IT services.
- Review, analyze and document the budgets for the IT Service Provider, including labor, material and services, hardware, software, and subcontracted IT services.
- Develop methods to track, justify, and prioritize, and all BPMI IT Budget line items and expenditures, including coordination of technical personnel, procurement personnel, financial/accounting personnel, and subcontractor/vendor in the execution of company committed funds and expenditure for all IT investments, purchases, renewals, utilities, subcontractors or other expenses.
- Develop methods to track all BPMI telecommunication general ledger accounts, including coordination of accounting, procurement, and technical points of contact.
- Perform program management of the IT Service Provider contracts for IT labor, enterprise-allocated material and services, hardware, software, and subcontracted IT services, coordinating the work with company procurement and finance professionals.
- Coordinate with procurement personnel and provide program oversight, business leadership, technical validation, and scope-level cost controls to support execution of the annual IT Service Provider purchase order.
- Aid in the planning, coordination, and execution of company unique IT projects.
- Develop and administer other budget or cost controls programs, improvements, reports, metrics, or work processes as assigned.
- Administer company policies and instructions.
- Administer company IT business continuity and communication plans.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Business or Project Management, specifically with proven professional experience in business administration of contracts, budgets, cost-sharing models, invoicing, and cost controls.
- Requires a security clearance, however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy security clearance is required.
- Experience with business administration of business operation functions, such as IT, Facilities, Security, Procurement, Government Budgets and Government Finance.
- Experience with business administration/management of IT osts, including budgetary planning, financial management, and financial execution.
